Ms. Raggette is a Managing Director for Leader Learning Group, Inc. (“LLG”), a subsidiary of Oliver J. Bell, Inc. Ms. Raggette is a management consultant specializing in labor relations, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.  She is a trained mediator and is certified in Managing Workplace Conflict.  While she has served a wide range of industries, she has significant expertise in healthcare.  Ms. Raggette began her career in the public/nonprofit sector working in such positions as Director of Community Development and Federal Programs and as a legislative aid to a member of the U.S. Congress. 

Ms. Raggette received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and continues to guide senior leaders in areas of conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness.  Her community and public service include a tour of service in the U.S. Peace Corps, the Harvard Journal of African American Public Policy Editorial Board, the Harvard Club of Austin Schools and Scholarship Committee, and serving on such boards as Easter Seals Regional Board of Directors, Workforce Investment Board, Iberia Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and Scott and White Healthcare Advisory Board.  In 2003, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed her to the Texas Medical Board.  In 2009, The Texas Supreme Court appointed Ms. Raggette to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors.  Ms. Raggette, who teaches Sunday school at her local church parish, lives in Austin with her husband and daughter.
